The repair of the underlying source of a leak (such as plumbing, electrical, or HVAC) is performed by the appropriate licensed trade, not by us. Major structural reconstruction that requires a building permit is completed with a licensed general contractor. We do not provide asbestos or lead abatement, which require separate licensing and accreditation.
Documentation is not insurance or legal advice
Our documentation services organize photos, moisture observations, and repair notes that may be useful to you. We document every job thoroughly — photos, moisture readings, and a detailed scope — which many customers share with their insurance carrier, and we can work directly with your adjuster. We do not determine coverage or guarantee claim approval, but clear documentation makes the conversation easier. We are not a public adjuster, an insurance company, or a law firm, and nothing we provide should be taken as insurance, legal, or coverage advice. Decisions about coverage and claims rest with your insurance carrier.
Estimates, scheduling, and site conditions
Any estimates, timelines, or availability we share are based on the information available at the time and may change once we see actual site conditions. Service availability depends on project scope, safety, site conditions, licensing requirements, and scheduling. We will communicate changes as clearly and promptly as we reasonably can.
